Welcome to St George's learning section of the website. Here you can find your child's year group and some information about what they will be learning each term.

We believe that learning should be enjoyable and have organised visits, visitors and events to support this. The focal point of the curriculum organisation , which supports our structured programmes to develop literacy and numeracy is a termly study. As far as possible this integrates the knowledge understanding and skills associated with different subjects. We ensure that study begins with first hand experience gained from visits visitors and artefacts. The study which may be extensive, enables pupils to research, select and present their work through the experience of a variety of activities. Our latest Ofsted report in November 2008 graded the curriculum as outstanding.
